Services company seeks a Business developer representative with experience in Generation leads.

 

Requirements: 

Bilingual C1

Any experience in Sales, leads generation and new clients
Location: San Pedro Sula (Altia) - Hybrid after probation period

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm Honduras

Salary: +1.000 USD +  commisions

 

Key requeriments: 

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales development, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a related cold-calling role
  • Proven ability to make high-volume outbound calls (160+ per day) and maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift
  • Experience handling objections and navigating gatekeepers to reach decision-makers
  • Comfortable working U.S. Central Time business hours (approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional office environment
  • Strong computer literacy including comfort with CRM/SaaS platforms, cloud-based dialers, and web-based tools
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision

 

Key responsabilities 

  • Research and segment the target audience.
  • Create and manage campaigns to capture leads.
  • Use technology tools (CRM, automation).
  • Generate and qualify leads based on interest and potential.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to hand off leads.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign results.
