What You'll Do:

• Assist the Cloud Infrastructure Manager to manage the hardware used by NLS resources
• Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system-related concerns from NLS resources
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT, including identifying problems and evaluating trends
• Attend in-person meetings with NLS resources to analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose reported problems
• Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion
• Assist the Cloud Infrastructure Manager in monitoring and maintaining network security
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results, as needed

What You'll Bring:
 

• 1-3 years of proven IT work experience
• Certifications are preferred (CompTIA A+, etc)
• End user support and asset management experience
• Experience with application support, including Office 365 suite of products, Jira, and Azure
• IT Security - MS Defender for Endpoint & Defender for Cloud experience
• Knowledge of both Windows and MacOS platforms
• Ability to diagnose problems
• Attention to detail
• Analytical mindset
• Interpersonal skills to communicate in English clearly, both written and verbal
• Organization skills and self-starter mentality
• Ability to switch between team player and individual contributor with ease
