How you will do it:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop, execute and design a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with ICC Urban Conglomerate' brand identity and marketing goals.
- Global Brand Social Platforms Management: Lead and owning global social calendar and platform positioning based on social media strategy
- Design content creation conceptualize and create compelling and shareable content for various social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand values.
- Community Building & Management: Foster a strong sense of community among our services and product enthusiasts, encouraging interaction, user-generated content, and brand advocacy.
- Brand Tone & Voice: Maintain and enhance the brand voice across social media platforms, ensuring consistency and authenticity based on our brand positioning.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, to achieve campaign objectives. - Social listening & Reaction: Monitor social media channels for trends, performance, conversations, and brand mentions, providing insights to inform strategy and brand reaction moment.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics tools to measure the success of social media efforts, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Adopt innovation and AI: support testing , and user friendly experience, support website design and lead the adoption of AI innovation tools.Results / outputs
- Active scout of clients (update database with 2000 potential clients and regular field monitoring)
- Design websites and tunnel landing pages
- Community Management of 3 brands
- Design and manage social media strategy and campaign for each brand
- Create frequent scheduled content from scratch for Meta, Google, Instagram, X, Email marketing campaigns.
Handle superb customer service, interactions and reputation risk management
Years of Related Professional Experience: 1+ years as social community manager , 1+ year as content creator
- Educational Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills for Success
- Proven experience in social media management and community building up to date , preferably in the finance services, games or advertising sectors.
Strong understanding of social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills with a creative and strategic mindset.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for optimization.
Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new and innovative marketing channels and bring it live.
Superb oral and written in English to convey message to action. This position is for a fully bilingual candidate - Exposure to foreign market will be an asset
