Descripción

Basic Function: The incumbent is responsible for general office support in the vouchering sections such as scanning of support documentation for vouchers and physical and electronic filling. Part of the responsibilities include examining simple invoices and other requests for payments of goods and services for all agencies at Post to ensure that payment may be authorized and is legal.

Employment Length: Indefinite subject to successful completion of probationary period.

Experience: At least two (2) year of experience performing voucher examination, bookkeeping or entry level accounting work is required.

Education: Two (2) years of university studies in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is required

Language: Good Working Knowledge Speaking/Reading/Writing in English is required. Fluent Speaking/Reading/Writing in Spanish is required. (This may be tested)

Job Knowledge: Must have an accounting background. Must have knowledge and ability to create, manipulate, and explain spreadsheets. (This may be tested)

Skills and Abilities: Understanding of applicable regulations, good editing and writing skills in English, accurate typing, and good customer service skills is required.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. (This may be tested)
